After creating your Inrō account, connecting your Meta and Instagram accounts to Inrō is critical to enable all functionalities and ensure their smooth operation.
Follow these steps to set up the necessary connections.
Step 1: Prepare Your Facebook and Instagram Accounts
Switch Instagram to a Professional Account:
Open the Instagram app.
Go to your profile and tap the three lines in the top right corner.
Select Settings, then Account.
Tap Switch to Professional Account and follow the prompts to select a Business or Creator account.
Link Instagram to a Facebook Page:
Open the Facebook app or website.
Navigate to your Facebook Page (you must be an admin).
Go to Settings > Instagram.
Click Connect Account and log in to your Instagram account.
Follow the prompts to complete the connection.
Ensure Full Control Access on Facebook:
Log in to your personal Facebook account.
Go to Meta Business Suite.
Select the appropriate Facebook Page.
Click Settings > People and ensure your profile has Full Control.
Step 2: Connect Accounts to Inrō
Log in to Inrō
Click "Authenticate with Facebook"
Connect Instagram & Facebook Account
Opt in to all current and future businesses
Choose the Facebook Page linked to your Instagram Business account
Choose the Instagram Business account you want to connect to Inrō
Review permissions given to Inrō

Confirm to go back to Inrō

Step 3: Connect Accounts to Inrō
Ensure your Instagram account is listed in the “Organisation Accounts” section.
Check that your Instagram content appears in Inrō.
