If Instagram detects a security issue with your account's connection to Inrō, it may automatically disconnect the account. When that happens, Inrō notifies you right away so you can restore access quickly.
How you'll be notified
You'll hear about it through two channels:
Email: A notification goes to your organization's email address and to every user linked to the organization.
Instagram DM: If you've set up a notification channel in Inrō, you'll also get a direct message on Instagram with a Reconnect button that links straight to the reconnect page.
How to reconnect
Click the Reconnect Instagram link in the email, or the Reconnect button in the Instagram DM. Either one takes you to the Inrō reconnect page, where you can restore your connection in a few clicks.
