Once you connect your Instagram account with Inrō, we start synchronizing your contacts and conversations in real-time. This means that you cannot just switch the account linked with Inrō.
However, there are situations where you need to connect another account. There are 2 ways to this:
Option 1: create a secondary account
If you go to Settings > Switch organization, you can create a new Organization and connect your new Instagram to it.
Both organizations will be linked to your User account and you can invite different people to each organizations.
Keep in mind that each organization has its own billing plan and usage volume.
Option 2: change the account linked to your organization
There might be cases where you really need to keep the same organization and connect a different to it. For instance if you benefit from a special pricing or offer.
In that case, you can reach out to our support and we'll reset your account depending on the situation. Some valid reasons for resetting your account are:
you made a mistake during onboarding
you used a test Instagram account
you changed the main Instagram account for your business
Be aware that when we reset your account, you will lose all contacts and conversations history as well as scenarios and campaigns on your first account.
Of course, they won't be deleted from Instagram, just from Inrō.
