Once you connect your Instagram account to Inrō, we start syncing your contacts and conversations in real time. Because of that, you can't directly swap the account linked to Inrō. If you need to connect a different account, you have two options.
Option 1: create a second organization
If you want to keep your current account and add a new one, create a separate organization for it.
Go to Settings → Switch organization and create a new organization, then connect your new Instagram account to it. Both organizations stay linked to your user account, and you can invite different people to each.
⚠️ Each organization has its own billing plan and usage volume. See Subscription & plans: how billing works in Inrō.
Option 2: change the account on your current organization
Sometimes you need to keep the same organization and connect a different Instagram account to it, for example if you benefit from a special price or offer tied to that organization.
In that case, reach out to our support team and we'll reset your account depending on your situation. Valid reasons for a reset include:
You made a mistake during onboarding.
You used a test Instagram account.
You changed the main Instagram account for your business.
⚠️ When we reset your account, you lose all contacts, conversation history, scenarios, and campaigns on the first account. They aren't deleted from Instagram, only from Inrō.
If you're trying to connect an account that Inrō says is "already connected to another organization," start with the guide below, which covers exactly that case.
