The Inrō CRM is designed to centralise all your Instagram leads from ads, organic content, and influencer campaigns. It allows you to segment your leads based on their behaviour on Instagram and your CRM data. With seamless integration, you can enrich your own CRM or Customer Data Platform (CDP) with valuable insights from Inrō.

Elements of the CRM Interface

  3. Segments:

    • Segments are dynamic lists that you can create for your contacts which get updated automatically based on the filter selected.

    • Create segments to manage and target specific groups of contacts with personalised campaigns and scenarios for different segments. Some popular segments are VIPs, Ambassadors, Recently Engaged etc.
