Click Add Filter to apply various filters such as engagement type (comment, message, story mention), transaction type (appointment, payment link), automation status, and contact information (email, phone, follower count)
Segments:
Segments are dynamic lists that you can create for your contacts which get updated automatically based on the filter selected.
Create segments to manage and target specific groups of contacts with personalised campaigns and scenarios for different segments. Some popular segments are VIPs, Ambassadors, Recently Engaged etc.
