Introduction to Inrō CRM
The Inrō CRM is designed to centralize all your Instagram leads from ads, organic content, and influencer campaigns. It allows you to segment your leads based on their behavior on Instagram and your CRM data.
It allows you to segment these leads based on their behavior, engagement history, and any custom properties you track. With the latest updates, you can create new contact properties, export your entire contact list, apply advanced filters, and easily open conversations directly from the CRM.
With seamless integration, you can enrich your external CRM or Customer Data Platform (CDP) with valuable insights from Inrō.
Before you go further, you should learn more about Contacts and Contact statuses. Also, check how CRM contacts differ from activated contacts, which impact your pricing.
Key Features of the Contacts CRM
Contacts Dashboard
It displays all your contacts in one place, with essential information like username, name, email, phone number, follower status, and more.
You can now export contacts by clicking Export contacts in the top-right corner. This will generate a CSV file containing all your contacts and their properties.
Search and Filter Contacts
Use the Search Contacts bar to find specific leads or keywords in their Instagram bio.
Click Add Filter to apply filters such as language, number of followers, or whether they’ve clicked on a specific payment link.
Create Segments based on these filters (e.g., VIPs, Ambassadors, Recently Engaged). Segments update automatically as contacts meet the filter criteria
Segments
Segments are dynamic lists that automatically update as contacts meet your set filters or conditions.
Create segments to manage and target specific groups (e.g., VIPs, Ambassadors, Recently Engaged) with personalized campaigns.
Use segments to streamline your workflow and ensure you deliver the right message to the right audience.
Custom Properties
Click Contact Properties at the top right of the CRM, then choose Add New Property.
Give the property a name (e.g., “Birthday” or “Country”) and select the type (Text, Number, or Date).
Once saved, you can start using these properties to store and sort information unique to your business needs.
Contact Details and Conversations
Clicking on a contact now opens their conversation history, allowing you to respond directly or review past interactions.
In this view, you can also edit their details, see any campaigns or automations they’re part of, and read comments or mentions related to them.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple contacts to send a campaign, add them to a folder, or remove them from a folder—all at once.
This is especially useful when you need to manage or re-segment large groups of contacts quickly.
Inrō Insider Tips
Use Custom Properties Wisely: Tailor your CRM to your needs by creating properties that matter most to your workflow (e.g., product preferences, event attendance, or special notes).
Experiment with Filters: Filters are a powerful way to zero in on the right contacts. Try combining language filters with follower counts to target specific regions or engagement levels.
Export Regularly: Export your contacts to keep an offline backup or share contact data with other teams. This is great for broader marketing or reporting needs.
