Accessing the Inrō Dashboard
Log in to your Inrō account.
Locate the “Dashboard” tab on the left-hand navigation panel.
Once opened, you’ll see high-level metrics and shortcuts to your most recent campaigns and scenarios.
Understanding the Interface
Engaged Contacts
These are the people who have interacted with you on Instagram—by sending a DM, commenting on a post, or reacting to a Story. Engaged contacts are potential leads that Inrō automatically captures.
By tracking these interactions, you can quickly identify and follow up with users who show genuine interest in your content or business.

Activated Contacts
This metric shows how many contacts have received an automated or AI-driven message from you (e.g., via scenarios or campaigns).

Conversions
Conversions measure contacts who completed a success event, such as clicking a specific link or filling out a survey in one of your campaigns or scenarios.

Timeframe Selector
Switch between preset date ranges (e.g., Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days) or choose a custom date range to filter your metrics.

Recent Campaigns & Scenarios
Below the metrics, you’ll find a list of your five most recent campaigns and scenarios.
Key Stats Displayed:
Executions: How many times a campaign or scenario has run.

Click on a campaign or scenario name to jump directly into its builder, making it easy to tweak content or triggers without navigating elsewhere.
