Introduction to Campaigns
Campaigns in Inrō are designed to help you engage with your audience by sending targeted messages that can include text, audio, video, posts, and reels. These campaigns can drive conversions by incorporating various interactive elements like surveys, logical conditions, and conversion links.

Creating a New Campaign:
To create a new campaign, click the New Campaign button. This opens the campaign creation interface where you can name your campaign, select recipients, and exclude certain contacts if necessary.
You can also choose to exclude contacts who have received a campaign in the last 72 hours.
Designing Your Campaign:
Add steps to your campaign using the Add Step button. Each step can include different types of interactions such as sending messages, photos, videos, audio messages, surveys, and more.
You can also set logical conditions like time delays, waiting for replies, and scenario conditions to control the flow of the campaign.
