How to use Campaigns?

Learn to create and manage campaigns in Inrō: send targeted multi-media messages, set logical conditions, and analyze performance metrics.

Introduction to Campaigns

Campaigns in Inrō are designed to help you engage with your audience by sending targeted messages that can include text, audio, video, posts, and reels. These campaigns can drive conversions by incorporating various interactive elements like surveys, logical conditions, and conversion links.

  1. Campaign Dashboard:

    • The campaign dashboard provides an overview of all your campaigns, including their status (e.g., completed), and key metrics such as the number of messages sent, opened, failed, and converted.

  2. Creating a New Campaign:

    • To create a new campaign, click the New Campaign button. This opens the campaign creation interface where you can name your campaign, select recipients, and exclude certain contacts if necessary.

    • You can also choose to exclude contacts who have received a campaign in the last 72 hours.

  3. Designing Your Campaign:

    • Add steps to your campaign using the Add Step button. Each step can include different types of interactions such as sending messages, photos, videos, audio messages, surveys, and more.

    • You can also set logical conditions like time delays, waiting for replies, and scenario conditions to control the flow of the campaign.

  4. Sending and Scheduling:

    • Once your campaign is designed, you can either send it immediately by clicking Send Campaign, or schedule it for a later time using the Schedule Campaign button.

  5. Viewing Campaign Results:

    • After the campaign is sent, you can view the results by clicking View Results on the campaign dashboard. This section shows detailed metrics on how your campaign performed. Here you can also view them for individual action in the campaign.

  • Personalization: Use rich multi-media elements & variables to personalize messages for each recipient, increasing engagement and conversion rates.

  • Testing: Test different message formats and interaction types to see what works best with your audience. Use A/B testing to refine your campaigns.

  • Automate follow-ups: Set up automated follow-ups and funnels by using a combination of scenarios and categorizing contacts in folders.
