Introduction to Campaigns

Campaigns in Inrō are designed to help you engage with your audience by sending targeted messages that can include text, audio, video, posts, and reels. These campaigns can drive conversions by incorporating various interactive elements like surveys, logical conditions, and conversion links.

Campaign Dashboard

The Campaign Dashboard provides an overview of all your campaigns, including their status (e.g., completed) and key metrics such as messages sent, opened, failed, and converted. It’s your central hub for reviewing performance at a glance and quickly accessing any campaign you’ve created.

Creating Your Campaign

  1. Start a Campaign

    • Click the New Campaign button from the Campaign Dashboard.

    • You can select one of the Campaign Templates to get started or create from scratch.

    • Name your campaign for easy reference.

  2. Select Recipients

    • Choose whether to send your campaign to all reachable contacts, specific folders, or segments.

    • You can also exclude certain folders or segments if you don’t want them included.

    • 72-Hour Exclusion: Check this option if you want to exclude contacts who have received a campaign in the last 72 hours, helping you avoid spamming or over-contacting the same users.

  3. Confirm Audience

    • After setting your recipient and exclusion criteria, Inrō shows the total number of contacts who will receive the campaign.

    • You can click View contacts to preview the list and ensure it matches your intended audience.

Designing Your Campaign

  1. Add Steps

  2. Set Logical Conditions

    • Add time delays, wait-for-reply steps, or scenario conditions to control the flow of your campaign and guide users through a tailored journey.

  3. Incorporate Interactive Elements

    • Use conversion links, surveys, or additional messages to drive engagement and measure results.

Testing Your Campaign

  1. Audience Preview

    • Before sending, review your audience by clicking View contacts in the campaign creation panel. Make sure the right folders or segments are included or excluded.

  2. Send a Test

    • Use the Send a test option to send the campaign to yourself or a small test group. This allows you to check how the messages and multimedia appear on Instagram.

    • Confirm that all links, images, and interactive elements work as intended before the full send.

Viewing Campaign Results

After the campaign is sent, click View Results on the campaign dashboard to see detailed metrics on performance:

  • Messages Sent, Opened, Failed, and Converted: Track how effectively your campaign reached and engaged contacts.

  • Action-by-Action Stats: Drill down into each step’s performance to see what resonated with users and where improvements might be needed.

Inrō Insider Tips

  • Personalize with Variables: Use merge fields (like name or other custom properties) to tailor messages to each recipient. Personalized campaigns often see higher engagement.

  • Leverage Folders & Segments: Create folders or segments for specific audiences (e.g., VIPs, new leads) to easily include or exclude them.

  • Avoid Over-Contacting: Use the 72-hour exclusion rule to prevent sending multiple campaigns to the same contacts in a short period of time.

  • A/B Test Elements: Try different message styles, images, or CTAs. Compare results to see which approach drives better conversions.

  • Combine with Scenarios: Automate follow-ups by moving engaged contacts into a new folder and triggering a scenario for deeper engagement or a nurture sequence.
