Introduction to Scenarios

Scenarios are workflows that enable you to automate interactions with your audience. These scenarios are triggered by specific events, such as receiving a DM etc. and have automated steps to help you maintain consistent engagement & drive conversions without manual intervention.

  2. Creating a New Scenario:

    • To create a new scenario, click the Create New Scenario button. This opens the scenario creation interface where you can name your scenario and choose a template or start from scratch.

  3. Designing Your Scenario:

    • Each scenario starts with an automated trigger, such as receiving a DM or someone mentioning you in a story. Add the relevant trigger to start your automation.

    • Add subsequent steps to define what actions should be taken when the trigger event occurs such as sending a message, sharing a post/reel, sending an audio message, or even sending HTTP requests.

    • To control the flow of the scenario, you can use conditions and logic such as time delays, waiting for replies, and scenario conditions.

  4. Saving and Activating:

    • Once your scenario is designed, you can save it as a draft or activate it immediately. Toggle the status to activate or deactivate the scenario as needed.
