If you bought Inrō through RocketHub, this guide walks you through redeeming your lifetime deal and getting set up.
Step 1: Create your Inrō account
If you don't have one yet, go to app.inro.social and sign up. Use the same email you used for your RocketHub purchase.
If you already have an Inrō account, log in and skip to Step 2.
Step 2: Redeem your key
Your lifetime deal is activated with a key, which you enter inside Inrō (not in the Stripe portal):
Go to Profile → Billing & usage.
Click Redeem a key.
In Enter your key, paste the key from your RocketHub confirmation.
Click Redeem key.
Your account moves to your lifetime tier right away.
⚠️ Redeem your key before starting any paid plan or trial. An account that already pays, or is already on another deal, can't take the key: Inrō shows Invalid key. If you've already subscribed, contact support before redeeming.
If the key doesn't work, you'll see Invalid key: the key is invalid, already used, or can't be applied to this account. Reach out to support with your RocketHub order confirmation and we'll sort it out manually.
Step 3: Connect your Instagram account
Once your plan is active, connect Instagram:
Go to Profile → Instagram account.
Click Connect and choose Instagram (Instagram Business Login, the simplest option). Choose Facebook only if you manage your Instagram through a Facebook Page.
Log in, approve every permission Meta asks for, and select the Instagram Business or Creator account you want to connect.
Inrō needs an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts aren't supported. For a full walkthrough of both login methods, see How to Connect Your Instagram Account to Inrō.
What your lifetime tier includes
Inrō's lifetime deals come in different tiers, and each one sets your limits (activated contacts, team members, and so on). To see exactly what your tier includes, open Profile → Billing & usage after redeeming: your plan and usage allowances are shown there.
Every tier also includes AI credits each month for the AI Agent and the AI steps in your automations, shared across the accounts on your deal: 200 on Lifetime deal - Starter, 600 on Lifetime deal - Growth and 2,500 on Lifetime deal - Scale. See AI Credits: What They Are and How to Check Them.
The exact mapping of each RocketHub tier to its limits depends on the specific deal you bought. If anything looks different from what your RocketHub purchase promised, contact support with your order confirmation and we'll confirm your tier.
To move your deal to one of the AppSumo tiers, contact support with your RocketHub order confirmation.
Managing multiple Instagram accounts
Each Instagram account is its own separate account in Inrō, with its own inbox, scenarios, campaigns, contacts, and settings. Nothing mixes between them.
If your deal covers more than one Instagram account:
Click your account name at the bottom-left, choose Switch account, then Connect new account.
Enter the next Instagram account's username and click Create account.
Redeem the relevant key in that account, then connect its Instagram account.
Whether your deal includes more than one account, and how many codes you received, depends on the tier you purchased. Check your RocketHub confirmation, and contact support if you're unsure. For more on running several accounts, see Managing Your Accounts & Team Members.

Redeem your key before subscribing to anything. Redeeming on a brand-new account is the cleanest path.
If you manage Instagram accounts for clients, give each one its own account so their contacts and conversations never mix.
Some lifetime deals include AI Agent access. If yours does, the AI Agent appears in the left sidebar after you redeem.
