Activated contacts are a crucial aspect of understanding how Inrō's pricing and plans operate. This guide will explain what activated contacts are, how they affect your usage of Inrō, and their impact on your subscription plan.
Definition of Activated Contacts
Activated contacts are the contacts you interact with in a month through automated actions like campaigns and scenarios.
How Activated Contacts Work
Interaction-Based Counting:
Any contact you engage with through Inrō's automated actions (campaigns, scenarios, etc.) in a given month is considered an activated contact.
Monthly Reset:
The count of activated contacts resets every month. This means you start fresh each month with your activated contact limit.
Flexibility & Control:
This flexible approach ensures you only pay for the level of engagement and control how much you spend.
Difference from Leads in "Contacts" CRM
It's important to distinguish between activated contacts and leads shown on the CRM page:
Leads in CRM:
These are contacts captured from various sources like organic reach, ads, and collaborations.
They automatically appear in your Inrō CRM but are not counted as activated contacts unless an automation runs on them.
Non-Countable Actions:
Adding contacts to segments, folders, or similar actions does not count towards your activated contacts.
Impact on Pricing & Plans
Inrō's pricing and plans are structured around the concept of activated contacts:
Free Plan:
Allows up to 100 activated contacts per month.
Pro Plan:
Starts with a limit of 1000 activated contacts per month for the starter pricing, you can upgrade to get more activated contacts.
Exceeded Limit:
If you reach your activated contact limit within a month, automated actions like scenarios and campaigns will stop for those contacts.
At this point, you can either upgrade your plan to increase the limit or wait until the next month when the count resets.
