Accessing the Inrō Inbox

  1. Log in to your Inrō account.

  2. Locate the ‘Inbox’ tab on the left-hand navigation panel to access your messages.

Understanding the Interface

The Inrō Inbox interface is divided into several key areas:

  • Inbox Folders/Segments: These are used to categorize messages by their type or priority or whatever custom criteria you prefer.

  • Search Box: Located at the top of the messages, you can use the search box to quickly find the contact.

  • Filters: You can also filter messages based on different criteria - unreplied, unread, scenario running, campaign running, not in a folder etc.

  • Comments: All the comments on your posts and reels can be found here.

  • Message Window: Click on a conversation to read and reply to messages directly. You can also send conversion links or run scenarios from here.

  • Contact Card: Select a conversation and click “Details” on the top left to access the contact card. Here you can find a CRM-style card for critical information about the contact such as contact information, shared media, notes, saved messages, and engagement history.

  • Automation History: Select a conversation and click “⚡” on the top right to access automation history. This panel displays all ongoing & historical actions taken in scenarios & campaigns for the contact.

  • Select & Batch Actions: Just below the search bar, you can click the select button to select multiple conversations at once and perform batch actions like sending a message, like the previous message etc. You can also move all these conversations into a folder or mark them as spam/unread/replied.
