With Calendly connected, you can send a scheduling link inside any scenario or campaign. When a contact books, Inrō knows it happened and your flow can branch on it, so you can follow up automatically.
How to connect Calendly
In Inrō, open your account menu, go to Integrations & API, find the Calendly card, and click Connect Calendly account.
You're redirected to Calendly to approve the connection. Click Connect to Calendly, and you're returned to Inrō with the account confirmed. Your account name and email then show on the card with a green Connected badge.
⚠️ Booking tracking needs a paid Calendly plan. On a free Calendly account you can still send links, but Inrō can't track when a contact books, because that relies on Calendly's booking notifications, which are a paid feature. The card shows a warning when your Calendly account is free.
Send booking links in scenarios and campaigns
Add a Calendly link action in any scenario or campaign (in the step picker, under Integrations). Your event types load automatically, so pick the one you want to share, and Inrō sends it as a booking card.
The action waits for the contact and branches two ways: when they book, and if they haven't booked after a time you set. For how those branches work inside a flow, see Conversion Actions: Links, Payments, Bookings & Surveys.
What happens when a contact books
When the contact books through the link, Calendly notifies Inrō. Inrō marks the booking as a conversion on that contact and message (which fires the action's "booked" branch), and saves the contact's email from the booking if it didn't have one. This works even if the wait already expired, because a booking always wins over the expiry branch.
A Calendly booking is tracked as a conversion, not added to Inrō's own calendar. If you want bookings to appear as appointments inside Inrō, with Google Calendar sync and reminders, use Inrō's built-in calendar instead. See Appointments & Calendar: Manage Bookings in Inrō.
Managing your connection
If you add new event types in Calendly and they don't show up in Inrō's picker, click the refresh icon on the Calendly card to re-pull them. To disconnect, click the trash icon.
🐾 Netsuke's Tips
Put the Calendly link after a qualifying step, not as the opener. Contacts who've already shown interest book far more often than cold ones getting a link out of nowhere.
Keep the conversation going after the booking. Add a follow-up in the same flow: a reminder, a prep checklist, or a quick question before the call.
If you run several event types (discovery calls, consultations, follow-ups), make a separate scenario for each and send the right link based on where the contact is in your funnel.
