How to manage my accounts and organization in Inrō?

Managing your accounts and organization in Inrō is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective teamwork. Here’s a comprehensive guide to managing your account settings, organization members, and switching between organizations.

Account Management

  1. Accessing Account Settings:

    • Log in to your Inrō dashboard.

    • Navigate to your Profile Settings from the sidebar by clicking on your profile image.

  2. Updating Account Information:

    • In the My Account section, you can update your name, email address, and password.

    • Enter the new information and click Save to apply changes.

Organization Management

  1. Managing Instagram Account:

    1. Go to the Instagram Account section under Settings.

    2. Check and refresh your Instagram account connection from here.

  2. Managing Members:

    1. Navigate to the Team Members section.

    2. To add a member, click on Add User, enter their email address, and assign a role.

    3. To remove a member, click Remove User next to the member’s name.

    4. You can also choose the permissions you want to grant specific users. For example, "Prevent access to the inbox."

    5. Ensure you have administrative privileges to manage members (i.e. you are the owner of the organization)

  3. Managing subscriptions & add ons

    1. To see and manage your current plans and add-ons, go to the "Subscriptions & Add-ons" section in settings.

    2. Here, you can purchase new plans/add-ons or manage existing ones.


  4. Switching Between Organizations:

    1. If you are part of multiple organizations, you can switch between them by selecting Switch Organization from the sidebar.

    2. Choose the desired organization from the list.
