How to use the AI Agent? (Beta)

Introduction to AI Agent

The Inrō AI Agent helps brands engage with their audience more efficiently by automating responses to common inquiries and interacting with followers in a personalized manner. This feature ensures timely and consistent communication, helping to maintain high levels of engagement and reduce manual workload.

Elements of the AI Agent Interface

  1. Training Tab:

    • The Training tab allows you to input and update the data the AI Agent uses to respond to questions. You can enter all critical information about your brand including frequently asked questions and their corresponding answers.

  2. Settings Tab:

    • In the Settings tab, you can customize the behaviour and the personality of your AI Agent.

    • Reply Settings: Set the delay time for the AI Agent to respond if no human has replied, and define the default message if the AI Agent cannot provide an answer.

    • Tone of Voice: Choose the tone of voice that best fits your brand – options include upbeat, neutral, or formal. You can also enable the use of emojis and auto-like positive messages to add a personal touch.

  3. Testing Window:

    • Use the testing window to simulate interactions with your AI Agent. This helps you ensure that the responses are accurate and aligned with your brand's tone of voice before deploying it live.

  • Continuous Training: Regularly update the AI Agent's training data with new questions and answers to keep it up-to-date with the latest information and trends in your interactions.

  • Customisation: Take advantage of the customisation options to align the AI Agent's responses with your brand's personality. A well-configured AI Agent can enhance user experience and engagement.
