The Inrō AI Agent helps brands engage with their audience more efficiently by automating responses to common inquiries and interacting with followers in a personalized manner. This feature ensures timely and consistent communication, helping to maintain high levels of engagement and reduce manual workload.

In the Settings tab, you can customize the behaviour and the personality of your AI Agent.
Reply Settings: Set the delay time for the AI Agent to respond if no human has replied, and define the default message if the AI Agent cannot provide an answer.
Tone of Voice: Choose the tone of voice that best fits your brand – options include upbeat, neutral, or formal. You can also enable the use of emojis and auto-like positive messages to add a personal touch.

Continuous Training: Regularly update the AI Agent's training data with new questions and answers to keep it up-to-date with the latest information and trends in your interactions.
