The partner dashboard is a separate app for agencies and resellers running several client accounts. It lives at app.inro.social/partners, and it answers the question a single client account can't: across everything you manage, what is working and what needs you today.
Each client still has their own Inrō organization, and that's where the day-to-day work happens. The dashboard is where you watch over all of them, bring new ones on, and pay for the lot in one go.
Before you start
You need an agency partner account. If you don't have one yet, see The Inrō Agency Partner Program.
Two things gate what you can do:
An active partner plan. Without one you can't manage accounts. The plan covers as many client accounts as you want, with one usage total and a single invoice instead of a subscription per client. You pay the partner fee from the day you subscribe; the usage part is added the first time one of your accounts connects Instagram.
A payment method on file. Because you pay for the accounts you create, Inrō needs a card before you can create a client organization or a managed link. Until you add one, a notice in the sidebar takes you to the billing portal. Accounts you already have keep running.
Dashboard
The first screen shows your whole portfolio for a period you choose: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 3 months.
Three totals sit across the top, each covering every account you manage:
New contacts: contacts added across all your accounts in the period.
Contacts activated: contacts who received a DM from a scenario or a campaign. This is the number your bill follows.
Conversions: contacts who clicked a conversion link or replied to a survey.
Below them is a card per client account. Connection status is the thing to read first, because a broken connection means that client's automations are silently doing nothing.
Status | What it means for that client |
Connected | Healthy. Nothing to do. |
Limited | Connected, but some permissions are missing, so certain features won't work. |
Error | Instagram reported a problem with the account. |
Disconnected | Automations are paused until the account reauthorizes. |
Not connected | Created, but Instagram was never linked. |
Accounts that need attention sort to the top, and anything other than Connected carries a short line saying what it costs and, where Instagram told us, why: a session that expired, one the user revoked, app access removed, or an account locked by Meta. A Reconnect button appears only on the accounts that actually need one; a healthy card just offers Open.
Once one account needs attention, a filter appears above the grid so you can switch between All, Needs attention, and Connected. While everything is healthy it's one quiet line instead.
Create organization on the same screen sets up a new client account.
Partner links
Two kinds of link bring new accounts in, and the difference matters for who pays.
Referral links send people to the normal Inrō signup page. They create their own account, pay for their own plan, and the affiliate revenue is attributed to you.
Managed links send someone straight to connecting their Instagram account. The account becomes yours to manage and is billed to your agency, not to them. There's no plan step for them to complete.
Each link carries its own trial days and discount code, so you can run a longer pilot for one prospect than another. The list shows how many accounts each link has brought in and how many of those are paying, so you can tell which of your offers actually converts.
Team
Invite colleagues into the partner workspace so they can see and manage client accounts without sharing your login. People who already have an Inrō account are added straight away; anyone new gets an email to set a password. You can't remove the last member of a workspace.
Billing
One plan covers your agency and every account you manage. The page shows your partner plan, when it renews, your total activated contacts, and a breakdown of usage by account, so you can see which clients are driving the bill even though it arrives as one total.
Open billing portal takes you to Stripe for payment methods, invoices and the subscription itself.
⚠️ Client accounts you manage can't buy or change a plan of their own. Their billing is yours. If a client wants to take over their own account, that's a change Inrō has to make for you.
API & MCP
Your partner API token lives here, along with the setup for connecting an AI assistant to every client at once. Regenerate the token from this page if it's ever exposed, which immediately stops the old one working.
See Partner API & MCP: Run Every Client From One Connector for what to do with it.
Settings
Your partner name, contact email and logo. The logo replaces Inrō's on the signup and onboarding pages people reach through your links, and identifies your workspace in the account switcher. Your partner name is also what builds your referral link code, so changing it changes your link.
🐾 Netsuke's Tips
Start every session on the connection filter, not the totals. A client whose Instagram disconnected three days ago has been paying for automations that sent nothing, and they'll hear it from you before they notice it themselves.
Use a different managed link per offer rather than one for everything. The paying count per link is the only honest read you get on which pitch works.
The usage breakdown is worth reading monthly even when the total looks fine. One client quietly consuming most of your activations is a pricing conversation, not a surprise at renewal.
