The Inrō Managed Account Plan

Learn what the Inrō Managed Account Plan includes, who it's for, how onboarding works, and how to get started.

The Managed Account Plan is Inrō's done-for-you option. Instead of setting everything up yourself, the Inrō team designs your strategy, builds your automations, connects your tools, and manages it all on an ongoing basis.

It starts at €200/month and requires an active Inrō Pro subscription. There's a 3-month minimum commitment.

Who it's for

The Managed Account Plan works best for businesses, creators, and agencies that want results from Instagram automation without doing the technical setup themselves. It's a good fit if you:

  • Run multiple Instagram accounts or brands

  • Need Inrō connected to a CRM, e-commerce platform, or your own tool

  • Want an expert-built funnel strategy rather than figuring it out by trial and error

  • Would rather focus on content and your business while someone else handles the automation

If you're an agency and want to deliver this kind of service to your own clients, see The Inrō Agency Partner Program instead.

What's included

  • Funnel strategy and optimization: the team audits your Instagram presence and designs automated funnels around your goals, mapping how leads move from first contact to conversion.

  • Custom integrations: your account is connected to your CRM, email platform, e-commerce system, or other tools via API, with setup and ongoing maintenance handled for you.

  • Automated lead capture and qualification: the flows to capture, filter, and nurture leads are built for you, so you're not qualifying every DM by hand.

  • Ongoing support and optimization: monthly performance reviews, a dedicated point of contact (reachable on WhatsApp or Slack), and continuous adjustments as your offers change.

⚠️ The Managed Account Plan covers strategy, automation, and integration. It does not include content creation (images, videos, or full ad campaigns). The team will review and advise on your existing content, but won't produce creative assets.

How onboarding works

  • Weeks 1–2: Discover and plan. The team reviews your tools, goals, KPIs, and pain points. You get a dedicated contact and a strategic plan covering funnel structure, integrations, automations, and content improvements.

  • Weeks 3–6: Build and launch. The team sets up Inrō, connects your tools, configures and tests your flows, and launches with your sign-off.

  • Ongoing from day one: monthly strategy check-ins, on-demand support for urgent needs, and adjustments as your business evolves.

Requirements

  • An active Inrō Pro subscription (billed separately)

  • A 3-month minimum commitment

  • After the minimum period, you can cancel with 15 days' notice

🐾 Netsuke's Tips

  • The 3-month minimum exists because real results from automation take time to measure and refine. With solid flows in place, you'll have meaningful data within that window.

  • If you already work with a marketing agency, the Inrō team can work alongside them, or connect you with an Agency Partner if you'd prefer an agency-led setup.

  • The Managed Account Plan and your Pro subscription are billed separately. Make sure you have an active Pro plan before onboarding starts.
