You don't have to build every scenario from scratch. Inrō has a library of ready-made templates you can clone and edit to fit your setup. And if you've built something that works well, you can share it with other Inrō users with your referral code attached, so you get credit for every signup.
How to browse templates
Go to Automation -> Scenarios and click Browse templates before creating a new scenario. For campaigns, go to Campaigns and click Browse templates in the same spot.
Templates are grouped into categories by goal, like getting more leads, selling products, and growing your audience. Scroll the featured picks or browse by category, then click any template to preview its flow before you clone it.
How to clone a template
Find a template you want to use in the library.
Click Use this automation. Inrō copies the whole flow into your account as a new scenario. Nothing goes live yet; it lands inactive so you can review it first.
Edit it to fit your account. Update placeholder text, swap in your own links, and adjust anything that references your specific folders, properties, or keywords.
Activate it when you're ready. The scenario won't run for anyone until you turn it on.
How to share your own template
Once you've built a scenario or campaign that performs well, you can share it for other Inrō users to clone.
Open the Scenarios or Campaigns list and hover over the item you want to share.
Click the ⋯ icon on the right of the row.
Select Share to open the sharing panel.
Fill in the tag and description. The tag is a short category label like "E-com onboarding." The description is a quick note on what the template does and any setup the recipient should know about.
Optionally turn on the referral code toggle. When it's on, your referral code is added to the share link, so anyone who signs up through it gets your discount and the signup is attributed to you under Account -> Referral. If you're sharing publicly, this means you never miss attribution.
Click Copy link and share it wherever makes sense: DMs, posts, your bio, your website.
Sharing a template never gives anyone access to your account or data. Recipients get a copy of the flow structure only. Your contacts, links, properties, and account details stay private.
What recipients see
When someone opens your link, they see a preview of the flow and a single Add to My Inrō button. One click imports it into their account as an editable, inactive copy. If you turned on your referral code, they'll see the discount applied at signup.
Common questions
If I update the original, does the recipient's copy update? No. Importing is a one-time copy. If you make significant changes, share a fresh link.
Can I share without my referral code? Yes. Leave the toggle off. The link still works; it won't apply a discount or track attribution.
Does sharing expose my contacts or links? No. Only the flow structure is shared. Your data stays private.
🐾 Netsuke's Tips
Clone a template even when it's not a perfect match. Editing an existing flow is almost always faster than starting from a blank canvas.
Before sharing your scenario, replace personal links, product names, and brand-specific wording with generic placeholders. The more reusable it is, the more useful it'll be.
Browse the library before every new build. Someone has probably solved a similar problem, and their structure is a strong starting point.
Templates from other users are a good way to discover flow patterns you haven't tried, even when the topic doesn't match yours.
What's next?
Once you've cloned a template, open it in The Flow Builder: Visual Editor Tips & Tricks to edit it confidently. Then check Triggers: The Complete Reference to make sure the entry point is set up right.
